Using the table shown later you can easily see which size is the correct one for you.
First you measure you underbustline and write it down. Then you measure your busttline and write it down too. (Please use the metric system)
Example: You have measured your underbustline
76 cm and for your bustline
93 cm,
So your underbustsize is
75, your bust
+17 cm more,

Hosiery and lingerie should be washed on hand .

Besides this you should always pay attention to the manufactures care advise.
Roll up the hosiery gently and put it over your feet,
make sure that the pantyhose is not to tight over your toes!
Put your feet on the ground and pull the pantyhose equally stretched over your knees
Now you pull it slowly over your tighs and hips until the waistband is fitting right. Make sure that you have stretched the pantyhose equally.
