Terms

No contract will subsist between you and "Tights4you" for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until "Tights4you" accepts your order by email confirmation that your products has been despatched.

Orders at Tights4you can only be made by adults! With sending your order you assure to be of legal age (at least 18 years).

We ship all worldwide orders via registered airmail. Your order is insured against loss or damage. all orders will be shipped as soon as possible, normally within 1-5 businessdays. If an item is not on stock we will send you a notice with the approximate time of shipping. The normal duration for shipping from Germany is normally 1-2 weeks worldwide depending on your location. Within Europe normaly upto one week. "Tights4you" can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the postal service, customs, problems with suppliers or any "Acts of God". You have in any case the possibility to cancel your order at any point prior shipping. All damages to the package and the item have to be reported to the local postal service immedietly. Please inform us also as soon as possible.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU maybe subject to import duties and taxes raised by your Country Customs. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Tights4you - S.Stegmann Online Shop has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be.

The ordered items are owned by Tights4you - S. Stegmann Online Shop until the complete payment is received.

You can revoke your contract within 14 days in text form (e.g., letter, Telefax, e-mail) or - if you receive the order before end of this period - by return of the items. The period begins on receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not before entrance of the product(s) with the consignee (by the returning deliveries of goods of the same kind not before entrance of the first part delivery). For the successful cancellation the timely sending of the cancellation, or the items is enough. The cancellation is to be addressed to:

Cancellation results:

In case of an effective cancellation the goods or payments received on both sides have to be given back / refunded and if necessary pulled uses (e.g., interest) are to be published. If you are unable to return the items in the original condition, you must pay this necessary value compensation. This is not valid if the deterioration of the item(s) is to be led back exclusively on their examination - as it would have been possible to you in a retail shop. You can avoid the compensation to the value losses when you do not take the item(s) like your property in use and omit from everything what affects their value. Products which can be sent via postal service are to be sent back on our danger. You have to pay the costs of the return if the delivered product(s) are in fact the ordered ones and if the price of the item(s) to be sent back does/do not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not paid partly or fully for your order at the time of the cancellation yet. Otherwise the return is cost-free for you. Item(s) that cannot be sent via postal service will be picked up. Liabilities to the refund of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with sending your cancellation or the item(s), for us with the reception of the items.

Please note: Socks, pantyhoses, tights underwear can be only returned due to hygenic reasons when they were never worn and in original packaging.

Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Germany and will be interpreted, constued and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Germany and you and "Tights4you-S. Stegmann Online Shop" irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the German Courts.
